Construction Design & Management Regs 2015

TAMS provides Construction Design and Management (CDM) advisor support to clients carrying out construction projects. This enables the client to be reassured that compliance to the CDM Regs is maintained, and the Client duties are fulfilled.


TAMS have experienced Principal Designer consultants who can support a multiple contractor construction project from inception to completion. This includes helping the client to provide the Pre Construction Information pack and set the project up properly from the start, monitor the design elements of the project and ultimately provide a Health and Safety file at handover.
